The 214-1231-A61-06 solenoid actually replaced your older 214-1231-A11-06, so the correct replacement for your 06 Keystone Montana Mountaineer is the Lippert Polarity Reversing Solenoid by Trombetta for Hydraulic Power Units # LC118246.

It does look like you are missing a wire connection on your solenoid. I attached a picture that shows a wire lead ran to the same terminal you just have rans with that copper bar. I believe that's the missing connection you need to make.
