Replacement Grease Seal Size for 2018 R-Pod 178
Question:
I have a 2018 rpod 178 and Im looking for replacement grease seals for my hub assemble. The rpod manuel says the inner diameter of the seal is 1.72 and outer diameter is 2.565. The product I found on your website is Hub Bearing Kit for Lippert, Dexter, and Al-Ko Axles - 3,500 lb with #84 Spindle Item # BK2-100. Your product states the inner diameter is 1.719 and the outer diameter is 2.565. So the outer diameter is right but the inner diameter of the seal is not! Is there another product for that or is there some leeway with the two seals! My manuel says the axle is lippert!

Expert Reply:
The grease seal that comes with the bearing kit part # BK2-100 that you referenced is correct for your 2018 R-Pod 178 that you referenced. The inner and outer diameters are close enough that the fit would be good. If you needed just the seal it's part # RG06-050.
