Troubleshooting Non-Working K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors

Question:

I have installed the driver side K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors - Electric/Heat w LED Signal. After connecting the mirror, I tested it for functionality. It made a noise and moved the mirror to the extreme position and now the mirror cannot be moved. The turn signal does not work either. Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot?

The only troubleshooting you can really do with the K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors # KS62093-94G would be to check that the wire harness is fully connected and that you didn't blow a fuse in the truck that could've killed the power to the mirrors. Once you've checked both of these I recommend reaching out to the manufacturer for a warranty replacement.
