I would be happy to help you. For a hitch on your 2023 Wrangler 4xe I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98856. This hitch has an incredibly simple installation and bolts onto the rear bumper beam. The reason I recommend the etrailer hitch over the other options is the matte black powder coat finish. This gives it more of an OEM look on your Jeep and also does a better job hiding dirt and scratches.
If you also need wiring you can use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118786. This plugs into the connection points behind your tail lights for installation. Once installed, you will have a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights.
For a ball mount, check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
