The Kenda Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire with 14" Black Mod Wheel # AM32131 is not balanced. Since this is a trailer tire it doesn't need to be balanced for proper performance. The purpose of the wheel and tire is supporting the load of the trailer, so you don't have to worry about a smooth ride for passengers. You can balance them with something like the # CA83VR if you wish, but it is not necessary.
