Does the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Hitch item # AM3200 Use Industry Standard Rails?
Question:
Looking into switching My 5th wheel hitch to the Rail Mount Andersen. Do the existing rails in my truck need to be relocated? Is the ball over the axel or the base centered over the axel?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # AM3200 mounts to industry standard rails. So you shouldn't have any compatibility issues or need to move your rails. The hitch ball is offset 9" so the ball would not sit over the center of your axle.
I have linked a review video below.
