The hardware needed to install the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 36297 on your 2004 Volvo V70 includes:

(4) M12 CL9.8 bolts
(4) Matching conical tooth washers

This hardware is pre-existing on your vehicle. The instructions have been linked to this answer page as well as an installation video of this hitch on a 2006 Volvo S60 for your reference.
