Recommended 2 Inch Lift for Keystone Cougar Half-Ton 29RKS

Question:

My trailer when hitched to the truck sits nose high. I would like to raise my trailer up about 2 inches. Is there a way to achieve this. I was thinking of adding two inch blocks to the axels. I am open to options. Thanks

The closest thing we have to a 2" lift would be the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # RR23QX. This kit can raise your trailer by 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" and will also keep your axles properly aligned. This would also mean you need the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers w Correct Track # MR58ZR instead of the # MR46ZR you ordered.

The other option to lift your trailer is with an over-under conversion kit. This would flip your axles, raising your trailer by the axle diametern and the height of the leaf spring stack. The correct kit depends on the diameter of your current axles. For a 2-3/8" axle you need the # K71-384-00 and for a 3" axle the # K71-385-00. You will need a kit for each axle. This will raise it a little higher, but also help save some money.

I have attached some installation videos for your reference.
