Determining Which ARK Xtreme Off-Road Swing-Up Trailer Jack Is Tall Enough For 25" Coupler Height
Question:
I’m interested in buying the Xtreme Off-Road Swing-Up Trailer Jack w/ Dual Wheels - Sidewind - 7inch Lift - 770 lbs - Zinc Item # ORJW350D. However, as shown in the attached image, I need to raise the Max Coupler on the tear trailer about 25-26 inches to fit into the tow vehicle hitch. Question: will this trailer jack work? If no, what comparable jack would do the job? Thanks…

Expert Reply:
The Xtreme Off-Road Swing-Up Trailer Jack # ORJW350D has a maximum height of 21-1/2" from the center of the mounting plate on the jack to the bottom of the wheel. You will need to measure your trailer frame from the center of the frame to the ground to determine if it will work on your trailer. If not we have the Jack # ORJW500D which has a maximum height of 28" from the center of the mounting plate to the bottom of the jack.
