How Much Drop Does the Reese 3357 Weight Distribution Shank Provide

The list 4inch seems to be wrong. I have a shank with a 3inch that is 9 inches long with 6 holes. This shank has 9 holes and is 12.5inch long, but is listed as 4inch ? By my rough calculation this should give a ~6-6.5 inch ? Am I missing something?

You are not missing anything and you are correct.

The Reese Weight Distribution Shank # RP69FR will provide 8.75" of drop. I have included a picture that shows the drop dimensions between each hole.

The weight capacities of the Reese weight distribution shank part #RP69FR is the same regardless of what adjustment holes you use on it. This has a 1,200 lb tongue weight capacity.
