Trailer Tire Recommendation Replacement for 175/75-13

Hello! What tires would you recommend forradial, highest quality for a two place Kendon motorcycle trailer? Likely not extremely stiff since the load is at most 1,000-1,200lbs, not including trailer weight. Original size 175/75/13. Thank you in advance!

The best tire I can recommend would be in the trailer tire size of 175/80-13 with the # C17513C which is a Load Range C (not the highest option so it would be less stiff), is a radial which has more sidewall flex, and has a higher speed rating of 81 mph. The size you have now is very close to this but doesn't look like a standard trailer tire size so it was probably not designed for a trailer application.

The Aluminum Lynx Trailer Wheel #LH45FR that you referenced would be your best option. It weighs 10 lbs which is the lightest wheel we offer. This wheel has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.

The aluminum trailer wheel part #AM22323HWT that you referenced weighs 12 lbs. For a similar steel wheel we have the part #AM20253 which weighs 13 lbs. Both of these are 13 inch trailer wheels with 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt patterns.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
