Trailer Hitch Receiver and 4-Way Wiring Harness For Trailer Towing With a 2023 Kia Telluride EX

Im told there was a trailer wiring recall in 2022 and there is no fix yet. I just bought a 2023 Telluride EX and would like to have a trailer. Any solution yet?

Currently the Upgraded Heavy Duty ModuLite Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # C59496 is the only wiring we know will work on your 2023 Kia Telluride EX. We have not yet had a new 2023 Kia Telluride in our shop to determine if Kia has resumed installing the factory tow package wiring on models which did not come with the factory tow package. It looks like the recall will not affect any 2023 model years at this time it was only for 2020-2022 model years. You can always contact your Kia dealer to have them also check for any service bulletins which may affect your specific VIN.
The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e45ZR has been confirmed to fit your Telluride. This is custom fit by attaching to the frame with the included hardware and no drilling is required. Trimming of the rear fascia is required to fit the receiver on your Telluride.
The etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 will provide you with 2 ball mounts with different rise and drops to fit different trailers. Also included is a 1-7/8" and 2" hitch ball, 2 hitch pins and clips and a storage bag.
