As there are currently no custom fit front hitch receivers for your 2010 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter you will need to have a receiver fabricated using the Curt Weld-On 2" Receiver # E17. You will be able to take this to a custom fabrication shop and have it welded in place along with any additional structure needed on your Sprinter. The oldest Sprinter the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7352 will fit is a 2016.
