I would like to ask for technical specifications and layout dimensions for F9499. Will this model take the place of the old 24-3582-9285?

While we do not have the technical drawings of the Firestone Heavy Duty Air Compressor # F9499 I can tell you the dimensions.

This unit measures 8" long, 3.94" wide, is 6.3" tall, and has a maximum PSI of 150 PSI. Additionally, this unit is the confirmed correct replacement for the old 24-3582-9285 compressor.

I have attached a diagram depicting these measurements, as well as a review video for you to check out as well.

We actually have the Replacement ECU Service Pack #F69VV which is designed to replace the F3 controller. This way you will not have to replace your harness and only need to replace the ECU.

The correct replacement compressor would be the #F9499 you had looked at. Just to be sure, I checked with my Firestone representative, who confirmed the compatibility of the replacement.
