Replacement ECU For Damaged Firestone Ride-Rite F3 Controller
Question:
I already have the HD air system on my truck that used the F3 controller. The ECU is not working properly giving a false reading on tank pressure so will not kick on compressor. Would like to get just the ECU and wire harness with Bluetooth functionality as I can no longer get the F3 ECU. Can I purchase just the ECU and the wire harness so I dont have to replace everything? Thank you

Helpful Expert Reply:
We actually have the Replacement ECU Service Pack # F69VV which is designed to replace the F3 controller. This way you will not have to replace your harness and only need to replace the ECU.

i also have a Air system in my truck that used the F3 ECU. The ECU went bad, going to purchase the F69VV to replace the outdated F3 ECU. My issue is the F3 ECU has a 13-pin plug harness, while the newer replacement ECU only has a 4-pin plug. Is there any pigtail plug harness i can splice into my existing harness to make it 4-pin for the new ECU? Or is there some type of wiring diagram so i can determine which wire needs to go to which pin?
