Hello, I have a maxxair deluxe roof vent model 8501k exhaust only fan that intermitently beeps and the auto hold to set green light comes on. When that happens the keypad and remote fail to work and the fan shuts itself off. Control board number is 10a21275kez. Do you have a replacement board for this fan? Thank you

The Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir Powered Lift RV Roof Vents w/ Reversible Fan # MA39FR is the correct replacement for your 8501k model and would take care of your problem.

Since your MaxxFan has powered lift arms and a rain sensor that would mean you have the #MA00-04751KSX and the required circuit board replacement is the part #MA39FR. At this time we do not have an install video we can share though.

The 10B21275KE part #MA39FR replaces the 10-21275KE you mentioned as well so if you had an older model number you could use it in same application.
