Yes, you can use the Yakima EXO Swing Away Storage System w/ 2 Enclosed Cargo Carriers item # Y74ZR with your Tesla Model Y.

This system requires a 2" hitch. If you do not have one I recommend the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver item # EH39FR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Tesla with included hardware. It fits Y model's from 2020-2022.

It will most likely block your camera as this system will obscure most of the rear part of your vehicle.
