No Power to 7-Way 12 Volt Pin on 2019 Ford F-150

Question:

all trailer power fuses are good, 12v is measured at the trailer power fuse in the fuse box, the message on the screen says trailer connected, all lights are working correctly, but there is no 12V power at the trailer plug 1 oclock pin location on the 7-way.

The battery charge line circuit or twelve volt power within the trailer connector is only active while moving on most newer Ford trucks. This is by design and has been coined the "Ford Smart Tow". It's done to conserve power of the vehicles battery so it's not just charging the trailer battery at all times even when not needed. I understand this frustrates a lot of owners as it causes problems for certain accessories and a lot of head scratching. There isn't a way to get around this other than just running your own wire from the trailer connector to the battery using the 10 Gauge Primary Wire part # DW02508-1 and 40 Amp In-Line Circuit Breaker part # 9510.
