Gauge Wire Recommendation for Wiring up Trailer Brakes

Thanks. Should I just run a power wire, and ground each magnet at the frame near the wheel, or should I run 2 conductor wire and ground somewhere else?

I'd recommend using 10 gauge wire like part # 10-2-1 (sold by the foot) for the brake power and ground wires as this will be more than adequate and will ensure you get plenty of amperage to activate the brakes.

Grounding the magnets to the frame would work just fine. For that you'd want the single strand wire # 10-1-1 if you went that route. Or you could use the # 10-2-1 to run the ground back to the connector.
