Trailer Wiring Harness For A 2019 Chevrolet Equinox
Question:
we have a 2019 chevy equinox to put a hitch on, and i see there are 2 options on wiring kit. with or without tow package. How do we tell which one we have?

To find out if your 2019 Chevrolet Equinox has a factory tow package or not you will need to look behind your rear bumper on the driver's side and see if there is a plug. If you have that plug you will need the Curt Wiring Harness # C94FR.
If you do not have the factory tow package then you will need The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118750.
This harness is also a plug and play and will plug into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the driver's-side and the passenger's-side tail lights. You will need to remove the tail light assemblies to access this harness.
