Water Tanks in the Way of Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver 13703
Question:
First ,I have electric stabilizers in the way ! second my Blackwater Tank are right up against the beam I need to drill in to ! I bought this after I saw the Video on the 2017 Rockwood install ,the Blackwater tanks were not in the way ? I though I can do this But once I ped the under carriage I knew I was in TRUBLE, Does this bring in to the fact that Now I have to the blackwater tanks ? Boy this is turning into to alot of hard work . any suggestions ?? Thank you

The Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13703 isn't a fit for every trailer, it will work on some and others it won't due to items installed on the trailer such as stabilizer jacks, water tanks etc. Please note, this can differ from trailer to trailer so we always recommend looking at the undercarriage prior to purchase to ensure compatibility. That said, if the this trailer hitch won't work there are thankfully many of other options such as the Curt RV Bumper Hitch part # C19101 which attaches to the square steel tube bumper. If you need to beef this up for more capacity you can add the Mount-n-Lock SafetyStruts Universal RV Bumper Support Brackets part # MO34VR.
