Fitment of etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper on 2016 Nash 23D Travel Trailer

Question:

I have a 2016 Nash 23D travel trailer that i want to install this carrier on. As you can see from the photos the offset of the ladder means the spare tire has to go for this product to barely fit. Doing some measurements even the 40inch carrier may require the tire to be removed from the bumper. Some questions i have are: 1. The outside edge of the ladder overhangs the bumper by about 1. When the carrier is folded is it at 90 degrees to the top of the bumper or is is slightly angled away from vertical? Im wondering if it can be folded up even though there is that 1inch protrusion of the ladder? 2. Is this product the 40inch carrier + another section that I would have to install? If i had a problem fitting the full 64inch carrier could I simply remove the center section and use it as a 40inch carrier?

Yes, the 24x64 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper, # e83YR is the built the same as the shorter version but with an extension to increase width. From the images you attached, if you remove the spare tire, you can install the 24x40 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumpers, # e99050 if offset toward the curbside of your travel trailer. The 24x64 etrailer Cargo Carrier # e83YR will not fit with your ladder in place. This does not fold up to a 90 degree angle in front of the bumper but on top of it. Please note the attached image and you can see that the ladder will not allow installation of a cargo carrier across the whole width of bumper.
