Is There a Replacement 9" x 9" Roof Vent for a Horse Trailer

Question:

I have a 2006 Circle J Outback Deluxe 2 Horse Slant Load Bumper Pull Trailer with a tack room in the front of the trailer. There is a 9inch x 9inch Crank Up Roof Vent non powered mounted in the ceiling of the tack room and the plastic parts of that vent are shot. Most vents today are apparently 14inch x 14, but I need a 9inch square vent assembly. Does such a vent exist in todays world, and if so - where would I be able to secure one for my trailer? Would it possibly be more practical to enlarge the hole in the trailer roof to accommodate a 14inch square crank up vent? If I enlarge the hole would the rough dimensions of the hole be 14inch or should the actual dimensions of the hole in the roof be slightly larger?

I do have an option for you but the industry has transitioned away from the 9"x 9" trailer roof vents in light of 14" x 14". We don't offer any 9" x 9" trailer roof vents, you may still be able to find one but a better option would to upgrade now to the larger opening size as you won't ever have to run into this same issue again and with a 14" x 14" opening you have many more choices and tons of replacement parts to choose from. I recommend the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent part # V2110SP-24 as a standard option but I have attached a full list of other options below as well. The opening size required for this vent is approximately 14-1/4" x 14-1/4".
