Troubleshooting a MaxxAir 4500K That is Beeping and Shutting Off at Higher Speeds

I have a Maxxair 4500K w/ auto rain sensor. It used to work fine but now it auto shuts off after a few seconds, and the unit beeps for a while. I’ve turned off the auto rain gauge but that didn’t help. The unit runs fine at a speed of 40 or less. I suspect a faulty control board or maybe the motor. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Given the issues that you are describing, it does seem like you are most likely having a circuit board issue with your MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent # MA00-04500K.

The correct replacement circuit board is the Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir Powered Lift RV Roof Vents # MA10A21275K.

You're on the right track with the part you were looking at; the Replacement Printed Circuit Board #MA10A21275K is the correct replacement circuit board for the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12v 10 speed fan #MA00-04500K.

You do need a new circuit board for your Maxxair roof vent 4500k which for that you'd need the part #MA10A21275K and you'd be set. This will prevent the new operator part #MA10-20281K-1AF from getting damaged as well.

I can confirm that the MaxxFan circuit board #MA10A21275K is the same as the 10C21275K that you mentioned as well. This has changed part numbers twice and what we offer is the current version.
