Is the Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir Powered Lift RV Roof Vents the "C" Model

Question:

I’m a little confused by your part numbers. The Item Number reads “Item MA10A21275K” but the product info reads “10C21275K Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir Powered Lift RV Roof Vents - Reversible fan. Replaces 10A21275K and 10B21275K”. I have the 4500 with Powered Lift, Reversible Fan, Temperature, Remote, and Rain Sensor. I got the well known green light after the unit has been working fine for 2 years and just after I installed solar. After finding out the older boards were sensitive to the higher solar voltages I am assuming the board got fried and needs replaced but want to make sure I am getting the most up to date board with the added voltage regulator. My understanding from research is the A version 10A21275K is the older non-regulated board and the C version 10C21275K is the newer regulated board to address the solar voltage issue. Your item number shows the old version yet the product info shows the newer version. Which one will I get? I hope at this price it is the newer regulated version.

Hey Mike, thanks for reaching out!

The Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir Powered Lift RV Roof Vents w/ Reversible Fan # MA10A21275K is the newer "10C21275K" C version you're wanting to get.

Our part numbers don't always match what the manufacturer lists out. I definitely get where the confusion comes into play, but part of the reason we have to do that is because of the wide variety of parts we carry. Sometimes different manufacturers have the same part number for different products so we use our own system to keep that from happening on our site.
