Actuator to Replace Titan BrakeRite on Trailer
Question:
Hello, I just bought a used trailer and it has a titan brakerite actuator on it. I tried troubleshooting it via the response methods I saw on some of your threads, the 3 wire voltage test and adding 12 volt power to the black and blue wires independently. Both ways I just get a clicking out of the actuator, and the voltages look good. Is there anything else I can do or do I just need to replace actuator? If so, which version can support disc brakes on 2 10k axles?

It would be time to replace the actuator it sounds like. The Hydrastar actuators are widely considered to be the quickest reacting and most reliable so that would be your best option. For disc brakes you'd want the part # HBA16 or which will easily work great on a tandem axle 10k setup like you mentioned.
