I recommend going with the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e94AR for your 2019 Lexus RX 350 because it has the hidden crosstube and a matte black powder coat that looks a bit more sleek and is more durable than the classic glossy black finish you find on all of the other hitches.
Then for wiring you want the T-One # 118252 if your vehicle came with the tow package or the T-One # 118255 if your vehicle didn't come with the tow package.
It sounds like you plan on doing some towing with this setup so to round out your towing system I recommend checking out the TowSmart Towing Starter Kit # TS94FR which comes with the ball mount, a 2" hitch ball, and a locking hitch pin.
