2017 Lexus RX 350
This hitch tucks up so nicely under the rear bumper of my '17 RX350. Installation was not a problem at all, even for this 60 yo working on the floor in the garage. Less than 45 minutes and it properly torqued and ready for the Kuat bike rack.

Lexus RX 350
I needed to pull a small trailer with my RX 350. My RX didn’t have a trailer hitch. I ordered the trailer hitch from etrailer. The hitch came in a sufficient amount of time. I had someone place the trailer hitch on my RX. I was told it was super easy. They had no issues with setup. I have been using the hitch with no issues. Thanks etrailer!!!!

very nice. i wanted a hitch that seamlessly flows with the car. something hardly noticeable. this is the one. very happy with the result. ideally easier install with 3 people. tried it on my own but quite heavy to handle.

I’m happy to say that after a year of use I have had no problems. The website was very nice and that it had tactical information and installation videos that made it easy to figure out what I needed to do.. I was able to save money by installing this myself. 2018 Lexus RX 350
The installation went fairly well. My only complaint is that the holes are a hair too small. I had to finese quite a bit to get the 3rd bolt on each side started before I could tighten all bolts. Annoying when you're 75 years old and working on your back under the car.

2017 Lexus RX 350
Should have been an easy install but one of the mounting holes didn't line up. We had to remove all of the other bolts, drop the hitch back down, and make the out of line hole in the hitch bigger. It didn't take a lot of expertise but it shouldn't have needed this modification.
