Your Dexter Axle P-16 Model SLR Serial# D 7569860 is a 2,000 lbs axle.
The best option to replace this axle is going to be the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs item # A20RS545. The supply of axles has been greatly reduced and the Timbren Axle-Less system is a readily available option. The Timbren system bolts directly to your frame replacing your axle with an independently operating suspension system that includes hubs with the needed 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern.
This system has a 2,000 lbs capacity. It fits one axle and two axle trailers that use 13" or smaller tires.
