Yes, you're able to install a stationary 5th wheel hitch on your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500.
The Curt PowerRide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # C36WR will drop into the 4 receiver pucks that built into your factory underbed rails. The hitch has a cushioned 360 degree setup that will give you a more comfortable ride then the other 5th wheel hitches available for your truck.
Normally 6-3/4 foot beds recommend using a sliding hitch because it will give you the extra clearance when you're making sharp turns. If you feel confident though you will be able to use the stationary hitch.
The hitch has a gross towing weight up to 30,000 pounds and has a vertical load limit up to 7,500 pounds. I would recommend checking your vehicle's manual to find out the proper towing capacity.
The 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Plug # 50-97-410. This T-Connector will work with your 5th wheel trailer using the 7-way connector. It will connect your factory 7-pole at the bumper to a new 7-pole in the truck bed. The adapter has a 90-degree angle for tight spaces.
