Reese M5 or B and W Companion Fifth Wheel Hitch Recommendation for a 2015 Ford F-350 Rail Kit
Question:
I have a 2015 F350 dually with factory rail system. I am looking to pull a 20k trailer with 3600 lb empty pin weight. I take it to the dunes and want to unhitch on uneven surfaces. Can you please compare the BandW against the Reese M5 with four way head? Thanks,

Either the Reese M5 part # RP30922 or the B and W Companion part # BWRVK3300 that you referenced would do an excellent job for you as these are both premium fifth wheel hitches that RVers across the country love with enough capacity for your trailer.
If it were me I would go with the Companion though because it costs considerably less and there are a ton of people out there that swear by this hitch as the nicest one around that operates quietly and easily.
If you think your trailer will end up weighing more than 20k when loaded and ready to tow you will have to go with the M5 since it has a 27k capacity and the Companion only has 20k.
I attached review videos for both hitches.
