Is The Curt Q20 5th Wheel Hitch Compatible With The Reese Sidewinder?

I have a Curt Q20 and have had two issues that damaged my truck third brake light while backing up. Is this hitch compatible with a Curt Q20?

The Curt Q-Series hitches are not compatible with rotating pin boxes, unfortunately.
The Q-Series hitch heads are not rated for the stress that the Sidewinder would put on it, which is why it is not compatible. In fact, there are no Curt hitches that are compatible with the Sidewinder.
You would have to upgrade to new hitch like the Reese M5 # RP26FR. This hitch, similarly to your Curt Q20, is rated for 20,000-lbs. If you let me know the size of your bed and if you have the OEM prep package, and can find you the best hitch for your Silverado.
