I have a 2019 Chevy 3500, I was wondering if the rvb rva 3500 is the same as rvk?

The RVB3500 (our part # BWRVB3500) that you referenced is simply the replacement base assembly for the full B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3500. I'm not quite sure what part you are referring to when you listed RVA as I wasn't able to cross-reference it to anything.

The Companion 5th Wheel Hitch is an excellent choice for your Silverado and is considered by many to be one of the best hitch's on the market. This is largely due to its overall construction that includes robust 1 inch thick dual jaws that provide an excellent connection to the trailer along with a really smooth ride, polyurethane bushings that cut down on a lot of the noise that you get from most other hitches, and a fully articulating head that greatly eases the hookup process. It has a 20,000 pound towing weight capacity.

To mount to this to your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 you just need the Custom Underbed Install Kit # BWGNRK1016-5W. The great thing about the mounting system is that it doubles as a 30K rated gooseneck hitch when the Companion is removed. Because the Companion simply drops into the gooseneck hole provided by the rail kit it also allows for a rail free bed when it's taken out.

If you also need a 5th wheel wiring harness the Curt # C56070 will work perfectly. This will plug in-line with your Silverado's factory 7-Way to provide you with a connector in the truck bed for easy hookup.

I have included a short video demonstration on this system that you can also check out.
