WIll EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Interfere With Sensors on 2018 Honda Odyssey Elite
Question:
What kind of issues or concerns will I have installing the hidden EcoHitch with a bumper with sensors?

If you are referring to the backup sensors, you will not have an issue installing the the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch # 306-X7372. When removing the bumper, you will unplug the sensors which can be seen in the installation video below starting at the 9 minute mark.
If you're referring to the functionality of the hands-free liftgate sensor on your 2018 Honda Odyssey, it may limit the sensor to areas away from the center following installation. Typically you need to put your foot on either side of the receiver to activate the sensor. This is the case for every hitch made for your 2018 Odyssey.
If you plan on doing some towing, you will also want the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118781. This will provide you with a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights. For a ball mount, you can use the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
