Parts Needed to Install Brake Controller in 2011 Ford E-350 XLT with Factory 4-Way
Question:
I need a brake controller system, kit and anything else I need for my 2011 Ford e350 XLT. There is already a 4 port connector in the back of the van but I not sure what else I need to get my van ready to tow a travel trailer. Any help would be great! Thank you!

Expert Reply:
For your 2011 Ford E-350 that has a factory 4-way the brake controller I would recommend is the very reliable and great performing Prodigy P2 part # 90885 with the install harness # 3034-P and the 7-way adapter part # 37185.
The install harness plugs in under your dash and the 7-way adapter plugs into your 4-way and also the blue wire runs to the brake controller output circuit that is already present at the plug by rear frame rail. I attached an install video link to this page that will walk you through the entire process as well.
