Can A Portable Solar Panel Be Added To An Existing Solar Setup?
Question:
Ive got a 12v 110w folding solar panel. In the caravan Ive got 2 100ah batteries. I am wanting to run the wires from the portable 110w solar to battery number 2 at the top The battery number 2 goes to the first battery on the bottom. Can this be done??

So as long as the batteries are hooked up in parallel, then it does not matter which battery you hook into. Parallel is when the positive of one battery is hooked into the other batteries positive, and then negative to negative.
This will keep the system at 12v and would work fine with the Go Power Eco Solar Charging System with Digital Solar Controller # 34272627.
If it's hooked up in series (positive to negative) then the system is making 24v and would not work with the panel as these are designed for 12v systems.
