Expert Reply:
According to my technical contact at Draw-Tite part # 76034 does fit a 2014 Ford Explorer XLT.
This hitch is a Class III hitch, has a 2 inch receiver opening and is rated for a gross trailer weight of 4,000 pounds and a tongue weight of up to 400 pounds.
If you will be needing this hitch for towing needs, please take a look at the right hand side of the product page and the necessary items needed for a complete towing package are itemized and priced for your convenience.
If you are looking at other accessories to be used with this hitch, please choose the appropriate accessories according to the tongue weight rating of this hitch, and the receiver opening.
I have provided a link to the product page, several helpful articles, and a video of this hitch being installed for your reference.
