Flat towing your Jeep Wrangler behind your Class A motor home will require the tow bar, a lighting/wiring kit, safety chains, base plates and a supplemental braking system. The linked article will give you background on each of these.
The Quick Disconnect system for Roadmaster tow bars consists of both vehicle-side and tow-bar-side parts. Car-side brackets are available alone as part # RM-222 and tow bar-side brackets as part # RM-221. The complete bracket kit is part # RM-201; this includes both vehicle and tow bar Quick Disconnect brackets as well as all required hardware. If you need the base bar this is offered alone as part # RM-067. All of the above (brackets, hardware, base bar and pins) are offered together as # 910021-00.
You already identified base plates for your Wrangler, the Roadmaster XL kit, part # 1429-1. These will fit as long as there are no aftermarket parts like a skid plate or bumper, winch or brush guards on the front of the Jeep. For safety cables you can use Roadmaster 68-Inch Coiled cables # RM-643.
Towed vehicle lighting options range from simple non-invasive plug-in magnetic lights to separate bulb-and-socket kits to hard-wire diode kits. Your choice will depend on how much modification to your towed vehicle you wish to make. Often the magnetic kits are a great choice since they install easily, require no alterations to your vehicle wiring and are cost-effective. The link provided will show you several examples including the
Optronics # TLL21RK.
Supplemental braking systems are required by law in most states and Canadian provinces. Such systems activate the towed vehicle brakes when the motor home brakes are applied. The linked article will give you
general background and specifics on the various types of systems available which include pre-set, proportional and direct systems. An excellent proportional system is the Roadmaster Even Brake # RM-9400. This portable unit requires no splicing into vehicle or RV wiring and works with most power brakes, with or without ABS.
