The first thing you need to flat tow your 2021 Ford F-150 is a base plate kit like the Blue Ox part # BLU33FR that you referenced. With that base plate the Blue Ox tow bar # BX7420 would work really well.
For lighting you can use the diode kit, # RM-15267, and not have to worry about cutting into the taillight housing. This will splice into your taillight wiring to allow your tow vehicle to control the taillight assemblies of the towed vehicle. This comes with a round 6-way connector that you will install on the front of your towed vehicle and enough coiled wire to go from there to the RV.
Then for a one time install braking solution the Demco DUO part # DM86VR would be your best option. This gives you a proportional braking system that will match how hard you apply the tow vehicle brakes. It's our installers favorite due to how it installs and how well it works. You will need to have a braking system to be legal but also it's just a very good idea to have extra stopping power.
