To flat tow you need a tow bar, safety cables, base plate kit, braking system, wiring harness as well as a few other smaller miscellaneous items. The Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates, # RM-677 (safety cables included) is a great tow bar. To use this for towing your 2021 Ford F-150 you will want the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, # BLU33FR. These base plates bolt directly to your chassis, so no welding is required.

For lighting I suggest the Roadmaster Universal Wiring Kit with Smart Diodes for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights, # RO44FR. Use this to splice into your taillight wiring allowing your diesel pusher's indicator lights to control the taillight assemblies of the F-150.

For supplemental braking, since your motorhome has air brakes, I recommend the Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System w/ Wireless Coachlink, # DM26VR. The Demco Air Force One Braking System without the Coachlink system is, # SM99243. I prefer the system with Coachlink feature.

You will also want the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit, # RM-156-25 for your F-150 and if your motorhome does not yet have the needed hot lead at back motorhome, use the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Motorhomes, # RM-156-75.

You may or may not need a high/low adapter. The tow bar, once installed between the motorhome and F-150 needs to be +/- 3 inches of level otherwise you risk added wear to tires and suspension. I attached a link on information of this and the product page of what adapters we have available. Please be sure to review your vehicle specific owners manual about for recreational towing on your specific trim level of F-150 to ensure the arrangement is per manufacturers requirements for safety.
