I have a 2022 Nissan Frontier King Cab with 62 bed. Is the advertised DeeZee liner customized for the year/model, or is it simply a universal. Also, do you have a mat for the Tailgate?

The DeeZee Custom-Fit Truck Bed Mat # DZ86965 you're referring to is a universal fit with trim lines on the back of the mat to cut it down for a 5 foot bed. At this time we do not currently have a fit for the the tailgate.
