Yes we do have a hidden hitch that fits your 2022 Lexus RX 450h with the Draw Tite part # DT58GR. This hitch has a removable lower section so when you aren't using it can be removed and you'd never know a hitch was installed! Can't get more hidden than that.

If you needed trailer wiring too you'd want the ZCI kit part # 119250KIT which doesn't require any splicing to install and instead uses sensors to connect to the vehicle wiring.
