For your 2008 Workhorse W22 motorhome what you'd want for a front sway bar and steering stabilizer is the Roadmaster Front Sway Bar and TruTrac Rod Kit part # RM-1259-106 which comes with the front bar and a TruTrac rod which acts as a steering stabilizer to keep the front axle in line and prevent it from veering around due to irregularities of the road's surface.

From the research I did it looks like your 2003 RV M6342LX Workhorse is a Dolphin built on the W22 chassis. For a front sway bar you would want the #RM-1259-106 and for the rear the #RM-1259-109.
