For your 2007 Winnebago Sightseer on the W18 chassis, you'd want the Roadmaster # RM-1259-116 Front anti-sway bar/TruTrac Rod kit. The part you'd looked at is a fit for the W20, W22 and W24 chassis and wouldn't work on your W18.

From the research I did it looks like your 2003 RV M6342LX Workhorse is a Dolphin built on the W22 chassis. For a front sway bar you would want the #RM-1259-106 and for the rear the #RM-1259-109.
