To install a hitch in your 2005 Ford F350, there are two install kits available. The Universal Kit, part # RP30035 and the Custom Install Kit, part # RP50082-58. I recommend the custom kit, as it takes about half the install time, and it does not require drilling holes into the truck frame (holes will need to be drilled through the bed).
The hitch you use will depend on the weight of your fifth wheel and the size of your budget. You will want to choose a hitch whose capacity is greater than the weight of your fifth wheel. Fifth wheel hitches are available in capacities from 15,000 lbs up to 24, 000 lbs.
A dual or double jaw hitch like Reese # RP30047 does a good job of holding the king pin, but some movement will still be felt. The premium jaw design is the one piece, like part # RP30928. The single jaw does the best job of immobilizing the king pin, and would provide the best ride quality.
If the weight of your fifth wheel is below 20K, I would recommend the # RP30928.
To install a 7-way trailer connector in your truck bed, I would recommend part # 50-97-410.
I have linked you to an FAQ article about 5th wheel hitches and some product demonstration and install videos that you might find helpful.
