I did some online research. Your 2022 Tesla Model Y's tow package comes rated to tow up to 3,500 lbs and with a 7-way connector already installed. You will still need some more items to tow the Flaggstaff Epro 15TB.
You will need a brake controller for your Tesla. Unfortunately, there is not a custom harness for your vehicle, so installation will require some wire splicing. You will need the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional, part # 90195, for your vehicle. This is a proportional brake controller. After this brake controller has been installed, anytime you are towing your trailer and applying your vehicle's brakes, your trailer's brakes will be applied with the same force.
Once you have the brake controller installed, all you need is the ball mount and hitch ball. An adjustable ball mount will provide the most flexibility, but if you were only using your Tesla to tow your travel trailer, you could find a fixed height ball mount. The Class III hitch ball is what you need. This is the 2" hitch ball, which is the most common size. You will also need to determine how much rise or drop you need for your trailer. I have included a weblink to explain this process and show you the formula, a weblink for trailer hitch balls, and a weblink for ball mounts and adjustable ball mounts below.
I have also included a product description link and a video review link below.
