Have a 2013 ram 2500 6’ 3” bed and I was wondering if this kit fit and how much drilling needs to be done?

Yes, the B and W fifth wheel rail kit part # BWRVK2605 is a confirmed fit for your short bed 2013 Ram 2500. It does require drilling through the bed of the truck but no drilling of the truck's frame. I attached an install video for this kit on a similar 2013 Ram 2500 for you to check out as well.
