For your 2006 Gulf Stream BT Cruiser on a Ford E-450 Chassis I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57345. These air springs offer up to 5,000lbs of load-leveling support, reducing strain on your rear suspension and improving both safety and ride quality.

This kit comes with manual inflation valves and air lines included but I recommend also installing an on-board air compressor to ensure you can adjust your PSI levels no matter where you are. The Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25856 will come with a compact gauge that will allow you to inflate both air bags and separately deplete air from either bag to help handle offset loads.
