For your 2022 Toyota Highlander XSE we have the etrailer hitch part # e75ZR as a confirmed fit that I would recommend highly. It has great towing capacities and is mostly hidden which also helps with ground clearance.

For trailer wiring you'd then want the Tekonsha kit part # TK99FR which has the easiest install and the most reliable converter box.
