The best weight distribution systems with sway control that we offer are the Reese Strait-Line systems, such as the # RP66084 that you referenced. The Strait-Line weight distribution systems use the dual cam type of sway control which is a proactive style of sway control that keeps the trailer inline with the tow vehicle at all times to prevent sway from starting in the first place, rather than trying to correct it once it starts.
The other types of weight distributions such as the Reese Steadi-Flex, Equal-i-zer or Pro Series all use friction sway control. Friction sway control is still effective, but it is a reactive style of sway control that corrects sway as soon as it begins. The dual cam sway control stops trailer sway before it begins. I have attached an FAQ article on weight distribution and sway control for you to check out.
After you choose the style that you want, you will want to choose a system that is properly rated for your towing setup. The key to choosing the correct weight distribution system is to find the total tongue weight of your towing set up. The total tongue weight will include the loaded and ready-to-tow tongue weight of your trailer plus the weight of any cargo loaded in your tow vehicle behind the rear axle.
If the ready-to-tow tongue weight of your trailer is 960 lbs and you do not intend to load much cargo behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle, I would recommend looking at the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System With Dual Cam Sway Control, part # RP66084. This system has an effective tongue weight range of 600 lbs to 1,200 lbs. This is the highest rated Strait-Line system that is available.
If you find that your total tongue weight will exceed 1,200 lbs, then I recommend looking at the Reese SC Weight Distribution System, part # RP66561, which has a maximum tongue weight capacity of 1,400 lbs.
I have attached a link to all of our weight distribution system for you to check out. Keep in mind, the two systems that I mentioned do not include hitch balls and require hitch balls with a 1-1/4 inch shank diameter. If you need a 2 inch hitch ball, then I recommend part # A-90, or for a 2-5/16 inch ball, part # 19286.
